It's helpful to know that there are lots of great organisations providing support and information for people of all ages in New Zealand, for when we or someone we care about is in need of some extra support. 

 

Support through On My Mind

Helpline services are available right now in New Zealand that offer support, information and help for you and your parents, family, whānau and friends.

All the services listed here are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week unless otherwise specified.

The Grief Centre - offer loss and grief support to children, youth, adults, families, or whanau experiencing any form of significant loss. 

Sands - supporting bereaved parents, families and whanau throughout New Zealand. Especially pregnancy, baby and infant loss support. 

Skylight Trust - support people of all ages throughout New Zealand who are facing any kind of tough life situation, but specialise in grief, loss and trauma.
