Just a few of the ways these cards can be used:

Self-reflection 

Use these cards to help you get clear about what you are feeling and what you are needing in a particular situation, event, or relationship. Or simply at this moment in time. 

As you read through them or lay them out in front of you, notice which ones you connect with most. Try not to judge or evaluate them – your feelings and needs are valid. 

Awareness of others 

These cards can be helpful to reflect on how another person might be feeling and what they might need. 

Communication 

Once you are more aware of your feelings and needs, these cards can be a helpful tool in communicating these with others. You can either involve the cards in the conversation, or use them to help you prepare for a conversation.
